This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using CEvident. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, submit, or store content that:

Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
Contains falsified CE certificates, hours, or completion records
Impersonates another person or dental professional
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
Violates any applicable law or regulation
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains offensive, defamatory, or harassing material

3. Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service outside the official interface
Attempt to circumvent account limits, rate limits, or security measures
Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Use the Service to generate false compliance documentation

4. Data Integrity

CEvident is a professional compliance tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter. Submitting falsified CE records, fraudulent certificates, or inaccurate compliance information may constitute professional misconduct under your state's dental board regulations.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

A warning notice
Temporary suspension of your account
Permanent termination of your account
Removal of offending content
Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate, including immediate termination without notice for serious violations.
